During our 30 years within Clinical Psychology we have worked up our own methodology.
Dependent on the clients need we tailor an introduction, either separately or combined with cognitive supplied conversations, mental training, hypnosis and/ or hypnotherapy. In order to neutralize the “two-steps-forward-and one-step-back-effect” on account of the time between the treatments in the beginning – we have spesialized in intensive treatment in order to get a faster effect, something that implies everything for 3 to 6 treatment hours at a time.

Mental training

Mental training teaches us to bring about a change with negative thought patterns, feelings and fysical strain stored at conscious as well as unconscious level. Cognitive treatment and psychotherapy

Within cognitive treatment a central item for changing and as well as for maintaining behavior, is the persons ongoing inner dialogue or selfverbalization about his existing experiences. Mental problems often find their expression in an inner dialogue with consistent frequent and long negative self-valuation.


Trauma-treatment deals with post-traumatic stress and disturbances resulting from traumatic events, territorial violations, encroachment problematics or the like crises.

Managing development

NIIFH`s concept is to assemble ressources and use them for the problem. Parts of the concept is build on being willing to build down the borders to the outside world. A lot of the work is based on the paradigm that to imagine an action increases the chances that vi carry out the action in the way we have prepared.
